He quoted the job and performed the services without any hidden costs. Scott repaired three new circuits in my basement, outlets and replaced all existing GE breakers on the panel. He also installed a source for a short circuit and installed a new #6 ground from panel to the water main. Scott answered all my questions. He was very meticulous about his work and made sure everything was done just right. His pricing was very reasonable.
